How do I cancel my subscription?
Turn off auto-renew under Profile › Subscription and payments. The plan works until the end of the paid period, and then you return to the Free plan.
What happens to my clips when the plan ends?
Your ready clips are kept. New clips are made within the Free plan's limit.
Which payment methods can I use?
A saved card (Uzcard, Humo, Visa) renews automatically. Click, Payme or Uzum are one-time payments and do not renew.
How does the trial work?
You try Force Buy free for 3 days. The trial works on the monthly plan and needs a card; nothing is charged today. On the day the trial ends 45,000 UZS is charged, unless you cancel before that.
How is the yearly payment calculated?
12 months are paid at once: Force Buy 486,000 UZS, Full Buy 702,000 UZS. That is 10% cheaper than monthly: you save 54,000 and 78,000 UZS.
What happens if I move to a higher plan?
Your remaining days are exchanged for days of the new plan (the price difference is taken into account), then the period you paid for is added. For example, if you have 28 days of Force Buy left, they become 19 days of Full Buy.
